What is Jayalalithaa-Sasikala DA Case? This is How It Happened New Delhi: The Supreme Court has delivered its verdict in a 21-year-old disproportionate assets corruption case involving AIADMK leader VK Sasikala on Tuesday. The apex court's verdict brings end the chief ministerial ambitions of Jayalalithaa's closest aide. On June 7, 2016, the Supreme Court had reserved its judgment on the appeal by Karnataka government challenging the high court’s order of acquittal for Jayalalithaa, Sasikala Natarajan, Ilavarasi and VN Sudhakaran.
